Las ECV proporcionan la evidencia emp\u00edrica necesaria para comprender y predecir la evoluci\u00f3n del clima, as\u00ed como para orientar las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n en apoyo de cient\u00edficos, gobiernos, agencias y pol\u00edticas clim\u00e1ticas internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos principales de los estudios de rayos incluyen determinar la relaci\u00f3n entre las caracter\u00edsticas el\u00e9ctricas de las tormentas y la precipitaci\u00f3n, la convecci\u00f3n y el clima severo. Los datos sobre rayos se pueden utilizar para proteger a las personas, los activos y las operaciones de los riesgos de los rayos directos e indirectos. Saber cu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde pueden caer los rayos puede ayudar a determinar los factores de riesgo de incendios forestales, da\u00f1os a la infraestructura el\u00e9ctrica, cu\u00e1ndo emitir avisos
